By accessing onlinehaircolor.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. What the Service is

Hair Color provides free, browser-based tools: a virtual hair color try-on powered by on-device AI segmentation, an educational shade quiz, a shade catalog and editorial content.

The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment and preliminary visualization purposes. Rendered previews are simulations, not guarantees of how any dye, developer or salon formula will interact with your hair.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes hairdressing, dermatological or medical advice. Skin-tone matching, commitment ratings and gray-coverage labels are educational generalizations. Always patch-test products and consult a qualified colorist — especially when bleaching, when you are pregnant, or when your scalp has any condition.

4. Photos and your content

Photos you upload or capture in the try-on are processed locally in your browser and never transmitted to us. You retain full ownership of your images. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you process, and that depictions of other people comply with their privacy rights.

Looks you save remain in your browser's local storage under your control. Shared recipe links contain only shade identifiers and numeric intensity values.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully; not to upload imagery depicting minors in any context that violates applicable law; not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for competitive cloning, scrape at scale or overload the Service; and not to misrepresent the Service as your own product.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, copy, code and shade catalog data are owned by onlinehaircolor.com and protected by copyright. Brand names referenced editorially — including Madison Reed and L'Oréal — are trademarks of their respective owners; references are nominative, descriptive and imply no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

7. Third-party assets

The try-on engine loads Google's open-source MediaPipe model assets from a public CDN, and the site serves open-source webfonts. Those components are governed by their own licenses. Example portraits used in demos depict models via permissive stock licenses and are for visualization only.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for decisions made based on previews produced by the tool, including product purchases or coloring outcomes.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service — which is zero.

9. Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Saved looks are stored only in your browser; clearing site data removes them permanently, so we recommend downloading before major sessions.
